REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with service provided I will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 48 hours of your original treatment if it is at the fault of application or product. I do not offer refunds on services, however I can remove nail extensions/ gel polish free of charge and may offer voucher for another services.

In the events you chip your nails within 5 days after treatment, please report with a photo and I will offer you a free touch up on the effected nails within five days. Outside this period there will be a small fee, please ask / refer to price list.

DELAYS/CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS

If you are 15 minuter or more late, I can offer you a shortened service so the next client’s treatment is not affected. Alternatively I will gladly re-schedule you but I will have to charge you 50% treatments price for the missed service. A cancelation or no show + no wage and I could fill the space with another client.

I appreciate some unavailable events may crop up that could affect your booking however I request where possible that clients provide me with at least 24hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid paying 50% cancellation charge.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

It’s important that you inform me of any health conditions, allergies or injuries when booking your treatment with me as it may affect your treatment. I reserve right to refuse service to anyone with a nail condition I suspect may be contagious , anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area, anymore in ill health that I suspect may be contagious, or I fear could be father harmed by mine services.

MOBILE PHONES

To make your visit as relaxing as possible I ask that mobile phone is place on silent mode or turned off during the treatment , placed in view if preferred, not touched especially during nail treatments. This ensure that you are not distrated and I can guarantee positive outcome of your service.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Anyone wishingto be treated that us under age of 18 will need to get signed parental permission. Acrylic/ Gel nail extension are not to be carried our on anyone under the age of 16.
